Spotted in St Martin by my Caribbean correspondent, John Burnie, is this rather delicious bowsprit adornment. It certainly puts a new spin on the phrase "bow spice" and I firmly believe that this should be compulsory on every sea-going vessel...Imagine what the AC designers would come up with? "Carbon or silicon sir?"....I've always fancied a silicon one... Full Story »
