Everybody loves a winner, and at the International Rolex Regatta in St. Thomas, USVI, every class winner takes home a Rolex timepiece. This year at the March 28-30 event there will be IRC racing along with the traditional classes for CSA handicap, one-design and Beach Cats. An early deadline of March 6 is looming for the advantage of a discounted entry fee.
