That would be me...
Oh how my heart and sympathies go out to this poor bugger in the Laser Worlds...there he was barrelling downwind, sailing by the lee with a copy of Ben Ainslie's Laser Sailing book in one hand and his heart in his mouth when, bang, he overcooks it and rolls in to windward with the rest of the fleet bearing down on him. Been there mate, bought the T-shirt and the only word you can possibly utter begins with S and ends in T... (And remember...everyone in the fleet thinks you're a complete and utter moron and is blaming you for their 'discard'...just to rub it in!).
