Optimist World Champ...
I'm rather stunned that so many of you continually ask via email for updates on "Hurricane" Harry - thank you, I'm genuinely touched. Well he's become a real little dude and is just so cute it's unreal. Mum's gone back to work so he now does 4 days a week at the company creche and is just the most sociable little boy on the face of the earth with a smile for everyone (even his Dad!). He has a little sailing mobile above his cot that he goes to sleep with every night so he's getting the subliminal message that sailing is fundamentally a great sport despite the worst efforts of that Swiss clown and I'm hoping he's going to get the hang of an Optimist in a few years time. Interestingly enough, one of my Mumm crew was telling me the other night that no British kid has ever won the Optimist World Championships and that the best we've ever done is about 5th - well watch out for the results in 2023, stick it in your diary....the "Hurricane" is coming and he's not taking any prisoners!
