Junior World Champion title for women granted by the ISAF
Estoril, 10 November 2007 - The Council of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) has amended Regulation 18.3.(b) as proposed by the formal submission put in by the 470 Internationale (slightly amended by the Council in respect of a technicality issue) and, by doing so, all the International Classes have now the right to deliver 4th World Champion title provided that it is exclusively reserved to youth (or junior) women sailor as defined by the Class.
