Spreading the UK C.R.A.P.
In reference to my previous post UK C.R.A.P. it appears that the Royal Yachting Association have actually gone one stage further than I ever expected and have written an Open (or at least well distributed!) letter from the RYA to the International Sailing Federation. You can find the letter, well in quite a few places, specifically here it is on the Skandia Team GBR Website. An interesting development that makes a good number of very reasonable points!
