This Saturday 1 September marks an important day in history for the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron (RQYS) with the Opening Day ceremony of the 123rd Sailing Season. Back in 1885 the very first opening ceremony was held with keen sailors competing in the inaugural Opening Day Regatta. Full Story »
