So the boat arrived on Friday... just in time for the show! Looks really good and everyone who saw it was impressed with the quality of the production. Despite the numerous questions about "wands" "twistgrips" "weight" and so on... I enjoyed it. The Ronstan guys on the stand were great and really helpful, and helped pass the hours! Also kept us supplied with coffee which made things easier!Also nice to catch up with Rohan and meet Gin and Mike. Hope Gin gets well soon because she became ill throughout the weekend. Probably the English weather!Blooming knackered now. Don't think I'm ever been stood up for that long ever! About to do a preliminary weigh of the boat, as I had so many questions about how light it is. One thing for sure... when lugging it around setting the stand up it felt really light! Rohan says definately under 30kg so we'll see if he's right. Full Story »
