The skipper of a cabin cruiser was yesterday found not guilty to charges of manslaughter and GBH relating to a collision at sea in which a man died and his brother was injured. According to the Marine & Coastguard Agency (MCA), Philip Colver, 32, had previously pleaded guilty to three charges arising from breaches of the International Regulations for preventing Collisions at Sea.
