Charges brought over pleasure boat death
Charges have been brought against two brothers following the death of a 67-year old Thames pleasure boat skipper on Saturday, according to the BBC. Reports suggest that there had been an argument between City Cruises captain Michael Reed, and two men, while his boat was moored at Tower Pier, in London, on Saturday evening.
