Favourable racing conditions of 10-12 knots presented itself to the eight teams competing in the quarter-finals at the ISAF Grade WC Match Race Germany, stage 7 of the 2006-07 World Match Racing Tour. While the names at the top of the leaderboard are familiar, it was the 25 year old Russian Eugeniy NEUGODNIKOV (RUS) who stole the show and kept over 25,000 visitors on the shore side watching in anticipation.
