Worlds Warm-up Try as they might, the RC of the CNSI was unable to get a start off for the practice race. Under beautiful skies, warm temperatures and light winds, the entire cadre of competitors glided across the Rio de la Plata trying to blow nervous energy off before the 29er World Championship gun goes off Sunday.
