Silja Lehtinen and Scott Babbage have won the 2006 29er World Championships in great style! Scoring almost all top 5 finishes, Silja and Scott sailed a beautiful series with their win in the qualifying series leading into the Gold. Their throwout was the first race in gold, an OCS with a 7th as their other discard.The race between 2nd continued to the wire with Brits Dylan Fletcher/Rob Partridge and Americans Cameron Biehl/Matt Noble leading in the last race, but Fletcher/Partridge clinching 2nd overall by winning the last race.Interestingly enough, winning crew Scott Babbage finished 2nd in the previous worlds and 3rd ...
