Heineken/Noble Win US Nationals
17 boats showed up to contest the 2006 29er US National Champion with John Heineken and super crew Matt Noble winning all but the final race, dominating the competition. Cabrillo Beach YC, just south of Los Angeles, hosted the event with conditions ranging from 10-20 knots to give everyone a great ride. Many teams were trying out the 29er in anticipation of the ISAF Youth Worlds. Danny Cayard/Max Binstock finished second and Danny's dad Paul ended up crewing for sister (and daughter) Allie.
